Terms of use
Useful guidance without pretending estimates are guarantees.
Effective October 10, 2026
Independent brokerage
American Fiber Internet is an independent internet broker, not an internet service provider. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a provider does not mean every provider serves every address or that a specific offer is available.
Speed-test limitations
Speed-test results are estimates affected by Wi-Fi conditions, device performance, local traffic, server distance, and other factors. Longer diagnostics require the tab to stay open and the device to remain awake. Closing the tab or browser scheduling restrictions may leave incomplete results; saved measurements are preserved and a partial report is queued when finalized. Failed browser probes are not direct measurements of packet loss. A speed result does not prove provider coverage, serviceability, plan eligibility, price, or actual future performance.
Availability reviews
Information described as “may be available” is preliminary. Final availability, installation feasibility, pricing, promotions, equipment, taxes, terms, and order acceptance must be confirmed through the applicable provider's authorized process for the exact address.
Contact permission
Saved diagnostics require your name, email and phone to attach the completed or partial report to a profile. One unchecked diagnostic consent authorizes American Fiber Internet to email the report and contact you by phone, email or text about your results and internet options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. After reading the report, choose a requested callback time or allow an earlier call. Requested times need team confirmation. An availability request separately authorizes a response about that address review and any attached report. For availability requests, text permission remains separate; message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt out. A Contact Us submission authorizes a response to that message. Optional future-offer marketing permission is separate and is not required to request a report or receive a response.
No order is placed here
The website does not create an internet-service contract or guarantee an installation. Any order is subject to the provider's disclosures, qualification, acceptance, and service terms.
An address format match or ZIP-code result is not provider evidence. The protected workspace records the provider source and check time before a serviceability result is treated as reviewed.
